Advantage for working for Honda. Discount parts, access to my lift and tools, access to Honda network. Flush my clutch, check torque on supercharger components, belt tension, check plug gap,

Put on some Shin Etsu on the windshield rubber where the soft top meets, the soft top sides, both door rubber seals and the trunk seal. What else could I have done with it?

Checked all 10 VIN tags, just because it was uncovered. I've checked them multiple times before. I just like to I guess. Then I put the cover on again. I had the cover off because yesterday I put 49 of the most spirited miles on it. I couldn't wait. It was dry and sunny and heavy rain Tuesday and Wednesday had washed away some of winter, so I caved and took it out on the "backstreets" north and west of me in NW Omaha and I drove it, 42 degrees with the top down...

There are no words to adequately describe the driving experience after this machine had been covered up since December 8th. Once fluids and rubber were warmed, I let it fly. Again, the absolute thrill of this car when above 5,000 on the tachometer is not for describing, it is for experiencing. There are those who simply don't understand this. One has to drive this car to understand what the rest of us know...

All I can say is that I was smiling...

Masked off the rear wheel wells and applied Quiet Coat-The masking part took the longest.

Masked off ready to spray, there's one brushed coat on here, not very thick.

Installed new wheels and tires after running the old owner's setup for so long.

Comparison Shots: SSR Wheels 18x9.5 on Toyo Extensas (225/40/18) and TC105x (17x9.0) on RE71Rs (255/40/17). There was a fair amount of stretch on the old setup. They looked nice, but bumpy as hell.

Thicc.

So pretty much a classic love story then, eh? You loved it, it loved you back.

Installed Ohlins, got it aligned, and did some social distancing across the Golden Gate and up the coast. The suspension feels great! The front was set to -1.6 deg of camber so turn-in is extremely quick.
