What did you do to your S2000 today?

Thanks!
I can't remember which user posted about this shift collar... it replaces the retaining nut and gives something for the boot to be secured to. I used a thin zip to secure the boot.
It's available on amazon for $12. Search for "shift knob boot retainer". You want the 10x1.5 thread. It's not a direct fit, however. Because of how our stock shift lever gets wider below the threads, the inside of this collar needs to be bored out a bit to allow it to sit reasonably low. A stepped drill bit will do the job.

gave it a nice clean and wax after a great holiday / road trip round the north coast of scotland. 1900 miles in a week!
Would definately reccomend the "nc500", a fantastic sight! 500 miles round the very north coast of scotland, though i didnt complete the entire route, spending a day on the isle of skye instead (worth it).

Just replaced the engine and transmission mounts. I put in Spoon mounts, and frankly, don't remember what the vehicle felt like, or when the original mounts totally failed, but they were both wasted. It's a 100% improvement from broken stock mounts to competent aftermarket parts. The car no longer feels like I'm driving a rubber band. I don't have to feather or baby the clutch with the apparent twisting motion I sense when taking off from a stop. The shifter no longer bucks and jukes when I hit bumps. I can't believe I let it get this bad, and honestly, this has me thinking I should keep going with quite a bit more on the handling department. Next step is AP1 valve retainers and valve seals, but I think I'm going to wait until Fall for that.
The stock mounts pictured below were removed from my 2000 AP1 which has around 112,000 miles on it.

I went with OEM engine mounts and tranny mount but I have an Innovative poly diff mount. (75A)
