The sagging shifter boot bothers me, so installed a shift boot collar and then while I was at it, replaced knob with a CR knob. The existing knob had a plastic insert and would never stay tight. Ah, love it now!!!
I bought my 2005 S2000 a few months ago, and recently made a few upgrades and fixes, thanks to a buddy of mine already in the community who has been super-helpful pointing me in the right directions:
I tried adding Bluetooth to the stock head unit using a Crux BTS-HN2 and this adapter, but the stereo was so quiet and I wanted to be able to do hands free calling (so I returned them). Then I tried replacing the stock stereo head unit with an Alpine UTE-73BT, but it had chronic Bluetooth issues (and didn't quite fit, as closing the door would push the button in), so I returned it to Crutchfield.
I then installed a Pioneer DEH-S4220BT, which has been great -- it sounds great, Bluetooth works consistently, and I like that it has an app to configure some of the head unit settings
Installed new ignition coils and Spark plugs. I think the owner who had it before me ran bad gas in it. They said they drained the tank because it had been sitting to long but I dont think they actually did it legitimately. I am going to keep trouble shooting it but I think Im just going to put new fuel injectors in it.
Did swapping out coils & plugs fix your misfire? Or are you still planning to replace injectors? Let me know how that goes! I may have a similar issue to you
Hey dude, did you have to buy any harnesses to get that Pioneer head unit to work with the dash controls? If so, can you link me to what you bought?

He has plug and play wiring harness and DCI control hookups. It is the only way to go. I got his stuff for my Sony HU. He leaves the company to someone else Jan 1 so do not dawdle.
