Few months ago... my 2004 sk2 was totalled. I've recently picked up 2007 berlina black. I have been saving up... and now I have $10K to mod this new s2k. I don't know too much about what I can do with s2k. So I'm trying to get some ideas. If you had $10K to spend... then what kind of mods would you do or if you have good set up already... what kind of mod have you done.

Well, if you are smart then invest it (I know I'm not) lol. But if you must piss it away on this addicting hobby, track days are fun. Later on you can get yourself a nice coilover setup KW, ohlins, etc. Some decent brake pads and fluid, light wheels and some sticky tires. Do as many track days as possible.

but what do you have in mind for the car? tracking, performance, exterior.

You can go with a lip or a kit, intake and headers or SC or Turbo. Hartop (3 choices) cage, suspension, seats sound system, the list goes on and on and its much deeper than 10K.

my understading is that with drive by wire system on 07 models, SC or Turbo is not an option for me. Is this right? I'm looking more into appearance mods and probably all the bolt on I can buy.

I think a spoon hardtop, coilovers, BBK, and some light weight wheels/performance tires would be a nice way to spend 10k

id maybe put a grand or two into it and then save the rest, you'll be happy you did when something comes up
