Default What do I do

So I've been having a few issues with my car.

-Rattle in Dashboard. Sounds like a loose nut spinning/rolling around.
-Tapping between the drivers door and the body.
-Something Rattling behind my left ear...sounds like a part of the seat rattles or soft top.

Car is an 07 and only ~5k miles.

My dealer is excellent and they always treat me well.

Wednesday- I took it in and I was lucky enough to go out on a drive with the shop foreman. We replicated all three problems in about five minutes. Dropped off the car and was really hopefull I would get the car back problem free. Get a call back later in the day saying they left the car in the sun while working on others cars and the "panels expanded" and the problems cant be heard. They didnt do anything that day.

Thursday- I woke up extra early to drop the car off and get IT TO the dealer, only to find out shop foreman is gone and another tech would have to start all over again. Was told best bet would be bring it back Friday.

Friday- Dropped the car off again super early so they could work on it while it was cold out, following their logic. Service manager got involved. He even test drove the vehicle and now they say they fixed the dashboard but cant hear the other two anymore (so they musta fixed themselves?).

Took the car out tonight...

-Dash was not fixed. I have a feeling they tightened every bolt in sight except the problem one, so it rattles even worse now.
-Seat still rattles.
-Tapping btween drivers door and body still there.

What do I do? Take it back again!? They were very nice, but Im just tired of leaving my car theres for the entire day and getting no results. Seems like they're trying very hard but just dont now. I've served all my Hondas here and they've been excellent so I do trust them.

The seat issue is common. It is the seatbelt harness that is attached to the seat. Take it off and put a felt washer on it. I have an '07 with the same issue. Not sure about the other issues.

Oh and another one that was causing me grief was the passenger seat belt buckle would rattle against the passenger door.

Is the "seatbelt harness" that plastic piece that attaches to the seat through which the seatbelt passes through?

You're not driving fast enough if you can still hear anything but VTEC! lol. But in all seriousness all those sound pretty normal, except the dash rattling. Have you tried to pin point the general area around the dash the noise originates from?

Yes..., You can search for this as it is a common issue and the fix was a piece of felt between the loop and the seat.
