What kind of car out there could be called a cross between the Acura RSX Type S and the Honda S2000?

I guess that is the perfect car for me.

A powerful, light, great handling, 240 hp rear wheel drive sports car with a fixed roof and some cargo space. Is there a car like that?

Maybe this is too much to ask, but I honestly wonder if it is?

Enough cargo space for a golf bag and a very fun RWD 240hp sports car with the option to go topless if you ever want to.

There seems to be a problem with the RX8 right now, I'm waiting to see if it really has the advertised 247 hp.

RX-8. What else does 9000rpm? The horsepower issue may be a bit of a tempest in a teapot as RX-8 owners seem to be satisfied with the power. The S2000 and the RX-8 even look vaguely the same from the rear.

 

you could just mod the crap out of the rsx and for less than an s2 be faster in a straight line.

 

Another odd thing about the RX8:

Did you know you can't just start the car and move it a short distance, like out of the driveway, without letting it idle for five minutes, revving it to 3,000 for 10 seconds before shutting it off?

Kind of a hassle.

 

Do what I did, buy both the RSX and the S2k and your set. you just pick your ride depending on how your feeling that day and go!
