What do you think of this offer?
I spoke to a local dealer today, who offered to sell me a sales mananger's demo 2002 Sebring Silver, with 1900 miles on it, for $31,000.
Now, I told the salesman that I had another offer of $32,000 for a brand new 2002 silver, with only 22 miles on the car. By the way, that dealer called me back this week asking if I was still interested, so I think I can do better.
Well, the sales guy on the demo said he will give me a "screaming deal" if I come in. So, what is a good deal in Los Angeles for this car? Thanks.

You might check the chicago prices as well. There are usually deals to be had during winter up north. I have heard of '03's selling for around $30K and '02s going for the same or less. So, essentially, for your same $31K, you could probably get yourself a new car if you're willing to wait a little while and have it shipped. Granted, I'm from texas where things are a bit different. Just a though. You might do a search for a recent thread called "chicago prices" (I think). There are some scans of newspaper ads with pricing in them.
