Doing my homework on the purchase of a 2002, s2000....so far I haven't found any dealers that are willing to deal from the invoice plus$$$$ ......anyone out there know of any dealers who are not so "greedy"?.. Those I have dealt with, seem to only want to deal for a few hundred under MSRP!!!!! I am willing to deal with out of state dealers. Thanks

 

Friendly Honda in Poughkeepsie is a great dealership, I bought my 2001 at sticker, I didn't try to bargain it down. Last I saw they had a 2002 Sebring Silver and a 2002 Red s2000. All around a great dealership, service dept is awesome.

 

I concur with the recommendation for Friendly Honda.

Yer lucky to be in Hamburg. A 1.5 hour drive to Rochester will get you to John Holtz Honda on West Henrietta Road. I understand that there may be an unsold S2K (don't know if it's an '01 or '02). In any event, you can easily get one there for MSRP - they haven't charged a premium since the S2K came out. Just avoid a squirrely little man named Richard Reed (if he's still there) - took me an hour and a half to pick up my car there a year ago.

Tell 'em I sent you. They may not recognize the name but even John Holtz hisself has seen me in my Spa yellow with the "NO TURBO" plates...
