Sounds solid to me. I'd offer $20k to get the ball rolling and see where he ends up. It's not a bad deal at $21.5k, but it never hurts to try.

defintly pursue it, i as well just picked up an 02 black with red with 30k on it from a dealer with honda certified warranty for 22,200
