With all the talk of MAP sensors, what does it look like and where is it located? I'm wondering so that when someone talks about it, I'll know what they are referring to, thanks.

Anyone have a pic or description?

 

The MAP sensor sits on top of the throttle body. Here's a picture:

The green circle in the picture is surrounding the MAP sensor, which is mounted to the top of the throttle body.

Funny that all it takes is a TINY little thing to make the whole thing inoperable...

Mine is being replaced right now, and I'll have it back tomorrow.

 

I have to wait until September/October for mine.

 

this picture is gone...can someone else upload a pic of the MAP sensor...I think I need to whack mine
