I remember seeing an image in a thread a few weeks ago, but cannot find it anymore, and my Honda dealer is just completely unable to tell me where the MAP sensor is (!!!!), since I must be his only s2000 customer.
I'm sometimes experiencing the vtec engagement problems as well as the stop & go traffic hesitation, so if someone could post this graphic, it would help greatly...

 

it is on the throttle body.

It's actually got MAP Sensor written on it in mine. It's on the front of the throttle body on the intake manifold. If you're standing in front of your car, bonnet open, it's just to the right of the big red thing .
