Is it any different? I went to hardtopguy.com and I couldn't find it....

Anyone know if the 04 front bumper and spoiler will fit MY00? And, if so, best place to buy one??

Yes, it fits. From what I understand, you have to trim the styrofoam inter bumber. But that was it. There as been a few installed so far.

I would assume that the old front lip will not fit MY04, unless you also replace the bumper cover with a pre-04 bumper cover. Take a look at the new creases on the MY04 bumper. The pre-04 lip would not seat flush over those creases, whereas the new lip is designed to completely hide those creases.
