I'd think the 3.4 liter V6 (3/4th of a 350) might fit better. Add a Tremec T56 6 speed and you're good.

I'd read that the 2008 S2000 would have a modified K24 engine. Car and Driver or Road and Track. It was might damn ugly though.

4.3 would be more accurate, the 4.3 is a 350 with 2 cyl chopped off.

but why would you want to RUIN the balance of such a great car?

short wheelbase + heavy front end + big power = a car that spins out a lot. doesn't it?

Me and my uncle were discussing the possibility of an all aluminum buick grand national V6 with a turbo pushing 25psi of boost. That would make the car go pretty fast I think..PLus if you get it back on the body far enough, the 50/50 weight ration really wouldnt change..

.... or you could go FI with your current motor and make the same power (or lots more) with a much smaller headache.
