Default What exactly am I de-burring on the top frame? *PIC*

Doing a first time top install and I know one of the items to get done is de-burring what I thought was a pinchweld or roughness near the bars. At first glance I'm not seeing anything obvious. Could someone point out exactly what I'm smoothing out?

There may not be any burrs there. I seem to recall this is a 2006 or maybe 2006+ issue. (See note below.) I smoothed mine back in 2016 (see the link in post #2). When I had the roof replaced a few years ago @2poor2mod , the installer, noted "someone's been in here and smoothed this." Was me.

Here's the TSB, it pertains to 2005+, although i have found this on some earlier models as well

When I got my 2009 I read about the issue here and went over the internals smoothing everything I could find. So far no holes or tears.
I was surprised when I saw this. My VIN for 2009 is 9S000086. 10 less than the max.
