I am new to this forum so please bare with me.

Unfortunately I am the few who don't own a S2000, but I am also the mass who would not mind having one.

Can all those who own one tell me what are the things that really piss you off or wished could be better on a S2000.

Whilst I have no intention of BAREING with you - it's pretty chilly out tonight for starters - I can say that the Stook is remarkably easy to live with.

Frustrations for me include:
being unable to open the boot with the remote whilst the key is in the ignition ( the remote boot release is in the "glovebox" between the seats which I always keep locked.
being unable to VTEC all day due to traffic conditions!
having to take the tonneau cover off before operating the electric roof
accidentally hitting the radio mode control when all I want to is change the station.

As you can see, all trivial issues really.

Very trivial.

What about things like the performance of the brakes, rattles and squeaks? I know Honda makes some of the best Engines in the world and are renown for their realiability, so I assume thats not a problem.

By far and away the worst part is the Horn, Noddy would be proud it is so feeble.

The headlight washer button under your forearm (EU only) which gives your hood and yourself unwanted showers just after you have washed/waxed your car. I have to remind myself to disconnect the SOB again!

I've had some "fun" with the headlamp washer button too.

I think I pushed it 4 times in the first 5 days of owning the car.
Haven't touched it since (Aversion therapy).

I wish the sun shone more in the UK!!!!!!

For me I wish it was lower geared as I would sacrifice top speed for more acceleration.

I also find the car feels much faster with the top down, this is obviously just the buttometer reaction but thats what generates the thrill of driving the car.

On a warm sunny day on twisty country roads I'm driving with a grin like a cheshire cat. The car is sooo responsive and sharp, I must get to a track day soon!!!

Cheers

Nothing pisses me off, but a few things I would change or improve.

17" wheels
more style on rear
Top w/auto boot (Boxster style)
power lock button
better grade carpet
real name (not S2000) and Acura branded
more torque

Spending too much time at work (sleeping when not at work), instead of being able to drive my S2K
