Default What is going on with 4IG customer service?

My Amuse exhaust was shipped without gaskets, so obviously I can't install it. It wasn't 4IG's fault, but I'm not satisfied with the customer service I am now getting from them to rectify the situation.

I requested the gasket be air shipped from Japan directly to the shop who will be doing the install. So far, I've:

1) PM'ed Brandon regarding an update about the situation. He has been online since I sent my PM but he did not read it or respond to it.

2) Called his toll free number 888-658-8088 several times. However, the number can not be completed. I don't know if it's disconnected or what, but this doesn't inspire confidence.

Rich (xplosiv) has been good enough to keep me in some kind of loop, but I don't think an email to Japan from 4IG is enough customer service in this situation.

Can anyone get ahold of him and point him in my direction?

I'd like to get some kind of resolution to this quickly, as would any of you.

Thanks,

Rob

Sorry Rob, I will delivery the msg to him as soon as i can get a hold on him.

I was really shocked when you told me the gaskets were missing, I never thought amuse would be so careless, one of our customers in Hawaii also didnt get his trunk sticker...brandon sent an email to amuse the same day you reported it to get a full replacement for you guys. I will get back to you on this once brandon is back.

again sorry for the inconvience,

Rich

Have you tried any local parts shops for a gasket that will
fit?

Yes, i went with my partner down to LA for the body work... as most of the forum knows.
so far i have 30 unread PMs that date back to yesturday when i got back. I will be spending my weekend trying answer all of them.

Rob, the gasket was ordered from Japan and it will be coming VIA EMS to me and then to you. Japan always delays and it will always take longer than expected
like my craftsquares

We are working hard to get people to get to the phones, but its still 95% on my shoulder and we have about 6 correct projects in production for the S2000 as well as other cars.

sorry for the delay rob
thanks

Thanks.

P.S. I believe your 888 number used to work from Canada, no? I'm sure I've used it before.
