get the T1R header, testpipe wit ya exhaust, must got the most gain from using other brand's header, its the fact

I have seen the Megan header when used with the Megan test pipe and Megan exhaust make 14whp on an early ap1.

i say go with something that priced reasonably. i've had a couple of people i know run the megan header/test pipe combo and they were pretty satisfied. i think its the best bang for your buck.
