I already got AEM CAI and Exhaust Looking for a Header....

What do you guys Recomend....

- buy my DC header, I will throw in a techedge wideband o2 with gauge as well

I don't believe any will produce "eye popping" gains in terms of peak HP. Some may give you some "under the curve".
Almost ALL will help you to lose weight.
Almost ALL (but maybe a couple) will lose you the heat shields and thus, help to raise the engine bay temps.

When you want to know "how" to install one, post back here. For now, I'm moving this the S2000 Talk.

S2000 header is designed pretty well, just heavy. You won't see big gains from aftermarket header. Maybe more if you do it in combination with a few things or with FI.

The only header that will give you more power is one with a turbo attached to it.

i have the spoon and i have no complaints have a couple friends that swapped the spoon for the toda and they love it, would go with the toda ,or if you wanna spend some money get the amuse

I put on a Comptech header when I did my supercharger. The quailty is very good and yes you can keep your heat shield. I couldnt tell you much about HP gains though. The supercharger made all the gains I needed
