like has already been stated, don't expect much gains, just a few lost lbs. but with the subway diet, you can shave that weight yourself and not spend $1,000+ doing it!

seriously, i run a toda, but i enjoy overdoing everything and not on much of a budget. but if you're looking to spend every dollar and get optimum gains from it, a new header isn't the way to go. honda did a good job with the stock one.

How much power will a header do with my setup, Comptech SC, 9lb pulley etc. I am looking for another 40 to 50hp. I am thinking maybe TB, testpipe and header?

aftermarket header is only good when you stick something strong in the front
