You can do a number of things. Different people are going to recommend different brands. I have had Eibach coil springs on every car I've owned, and I love them. I hear particulary with this car that OEM shocks with aftermarket springs is a very bad move, but I haven't had any problems, and Eibach claims that they're compatible with OEM shocks. I'm sure someone will suggest to you to just get a set of Koni Yellows or something, and depending on your spending limit that might not be a bad move. Many of my friends also like Tein.

Swift springs are very good, don't have them on my S though since I'm waiting for coilovers. From what I hear your handling will go to S^#@ if you lower more than 1-inch.
