wow, you learn something new every day. I had no idea of the history of the term "low balling". Granted, it may started as that, since most of the masses have then warped it to mean something else entirely, wouldn't that in theory give cause to a redefinition of the term to some extent?

So if people who cut-and-paste sarcastic remarks are idiots, what terms would you use to describe someone who posts a topic that has NO RELEVANCE in a forum section that is specifically labeled "S2000 Talk" ?
