Well, there's a plastic "bar" that passes behind the faux glovebox cover on the '03's. So I am not sure.

That little pop rivet on the upper left has nowhere to go on an '03 as well.

It's pretty useless. I put a sharpy and small notepad in there. I wanted to add a lighter too, but it's full.

its definitley better than nothing, especially when you have a passenger, and you start running out of room to put crap

IMHO, when I sat on the passenger side of an '07, I felt it took away too much from the leg room, believe it or not. Its not like its any real usable space either.
