What revs do you guys shift at?

For example, if I shift at 9k rpms... but I have two shifts over a 100 mile drive... that's not going to help you very much.

I usually shift around 3-4k rpm. I kinda drive based off my speed. like 3rd gear at least >15mph. 4th >20mph . 5th >25. 6th >30mph. Thats daily driven. On the other hand on a quick cruise. prolly anywhere around vtec so 5.5-7kish.
