what rims are these

Hey guys I was wondering what brand and type these rims are. They look awesome and a buddy of mine wants to put a set on a black s2k when he gets one.

I wonder if they would look good on a Z

Is that the J's racing front lip? Why is there no line where it mounts on? It looks so smooth, like its the whole front end...

Man that car makes me wish I got a S2000 sometimes than my 350z, but all in all I love both these cars.
