As far as I remember it did.
(and its SAE 90, not 75W-90, but thats ok beacause manual states Hypoid SAE 90 GL-5 only)

The part number = 08251-999-100HE and via Google I found a number of PDF documents in Spanish, Swedisch, French and Danisch that might suggest its from the Honda Marine department as there were other marine oils & greases and what not in those pdf's.
It is listed in those pdf's as: mineral transmission oil with quality EP additives for use in hypoid transmissions that require EP oils. (as far as I understand French)
And it comes in 1 liter bottles.
Or the Marine department borrowed it too from the motorcycle depertment.
But I found no hits suggesting that.
So now I have to choose between what you tell me or what I found
Lucky for me my dealership does. Shows they know what they do to service S2000's properly.

That's not technically Honda's automotive diff oil.
But Honda = Honda to me
It's actually a motorcycle gear fluid from the motorcycle division

Hence the reason car dealerships don't carry it.
So technically there is no honda diff fluid in their automotive division.

Engine: Pennzoil Platinum or Mobil 1 or Valvoline Maxlife Synthetic, whichever is cheaper for 1 year OCI. Havoline GF4/SM for 6 months OCI. Half bottle of VSOT is added with either synthetic or dino oil.
Transmission: GM Synchromesh Friction Modified
Differential: Mobil 1 75W90
