I went from a 1996 Acura Integra LS to a 1998 Honda Prelude Type SH to a 2007 Honda S2000. Honda's for LIFE!!

Sport luxury but the sport luxury cars HAVE to be convertibles, my daily driver and NOT too heavy.

I don't have the money to have an interesting daily driver like an M3 and cannot stand having a cheap one like an old Sentra or something.

(Boxster S, Z4 M roadster, used NSX Targa, S2000)

The Elise is too hardcore to be my daily driver.

The market for fun, lightweight daily-drive style roadsters isn't that big

none of the above...I came from the truck world...

2000 Toyota Tacoma dana 60'd 17" lifted on 37" swampers -> 2001 Honda S2000.

I got tired of driving a skyscraper on springs and getting 10 mpg and 8000 miles per set of swamper ssr's... saw a good deal on the car I loved since I first saw one and went for it.

...have not driven the truck one single mile since...

Well, almost two years have gone by.

Anyone changed their mind?

Instead up going softer or more luxurious... I wound up buying another S2000.

I guess I'm Diehard Roadster Enthusiast rather than Hardcore Lightweight Handling or Baller Pimp Track

driving an s2000, never stepped on a track mostly cause no oppertunity. would like to get into an nsx or 911 gt3 next. possibly a new evo for my winter beater. r8's are sick and that will probably be my midlife crisis (when im thirty lol). a jap car must be easily modified, ill buy the gtr when i can take off the 180km limiter and gain a couple hundred horses. baller pimp sport FTMFW!

2 years ago I voted tuner...went from an RSX Type-S to an AP1 and now have a CR. Except my CR is a "till-one-of-us-dies" car so I don't think I'll be "moving on" to an NSX or GTR. I feel like I'm a hardcore lightweight handling guy now.

I missed this one first time by. I bought my S2000 because the wife gave my Escort to the Grand daughter. I bought mine 5 years old as a daily beater and autocross toy.
