what is worth more $$ ,hardtop or soft top?

Default what is worth more $$ ,hardtop or soft top?

I am looking at buying a s2k with a factory hardtop with defroster.I would like to sell it or trade for a black softop complete with motor and all hardware.what is worth more $$?
What are the chances someone be interested in such a trade?

Well, if the S you want to buy is not a CR and is still in stock form than you already have both.

S2000's with a hardtop still have the softtop........

Unless it's a CR or it was removed for some reason.

to answer your question, a hardtop is worth more than a soft top. and yes, there's plenty of members who are interested in hard tops. only thing is you have to be a supporting member to sell here.

you can get a used s2000 soft top for 600 or you can get a used s2000 hard top for 2000-2200 - you do the math.

thanks for the imput.If i do get the car i will be selling it out right or trading it for a softtop plus some cash to make it a even trade. The orig softtop was sold. sorry for the newbe question but,i am logged on i thought i was a member?whats required for membership?
