Default what would it take?

for you to part w/ your current s2k?

new color for 2002?
a bigger engine?
becoming married?
losing your job?
getting a different car?
an upswing in the nasdaq?

or you're never giving it up.

just wondering about everyone's opinions

A big raise, which would enable me to buy a 911 turbo.

Don't have a S2K, but I would consider giving up my 2001 MX-5 for a 2002 Stook if it had:

Glass Rear Window with Defogger
16 inch factory rims
a better looking Silver colour other than Silverstone
was not any dearer than present MSRP
more torque
analgoue gauges (although I don't mind the digital ones too much)

Of course a big raise would come in handy

Probably an NSX, but I would still want both the NSX & the Stook

I have to be honest and say that I LOVE this car and the only thing I can foresee changing my mind about keeping it for a LONG time is if the car gives too many problems...no matter how great a car is when it is new (even my Hyundai was a great NEW car - my Rangere was a great NEW truck), if at 50,000 miles it starts to be a money pit or becomes FAR less reliable then it may as well be a Pinto!

I don't see that happening though, as Honda has a reputation it can't afford to lose based on what has essentially become their marquee for performance in the Honda line!

The S2000 comes standard with 16 inch rims already. For 2002 (at least here in the U.S), Sebring Silver replaces Silverstone. It is a lighter silver than the Silverstone

I would give up my stook only if I lost my job and needed to eat

Of course, if I got a BIG raise ( yeah right) or won the lottery I'd keep the S2K and buy more "toys" such as the new NSX or a 360 Modena Spider

Enough money to get me into a 360 Spider without having to make payments.
