i would figure out what your goals are for the car and save the money till you can figure that out and then once you know your direction you can more easily decide what parts you want to get to achieve your goals.

yeah before modding you should go do a track event to know your car better.

depends..do you want to gain a little power? or do you want to be able to go around turns and corners.

i'd use that 500 and get a good alignment along with corner weighing and balancing
