lol in all honesty...

i would get an exhaust and test pipe if you can afford both. (ie...megan)

exhaust would make your car sound good. and you can enjoy the car more with its new found auditory modifications.

power gain is minimal but they are there. especially with a test pipe.

the test pipe also cuts drone down dramatically.

i also do agree that track days are fun and sticky tires are essential.
if you want to do handling mods then yes get some tires first (oem is pretty good). then hit the track.

IMO if power mods is what you want, all other mods are worthless...go FI or go home. save up for a Greddy kit, dude.

beat me to the reflash LOL. Its just hard to not be faster. All my friends have big turboed srt-4's with over 400hp and I get let waaaay behind haha.
