Maintenance records!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buy from a credible party, get maintenance records, don't worry about mileage IF it's been maintained properly.

I've never done a carfax, but it's probably worth it, from what I've heard.

And any S2K is better than no S2K

Welcome to the forums. Check out the faq section of UTH. It has answered a lot of my questions before I even ask them!

what ever year you can get into sooner, i was in the same boat, deciding on performance, comfort, cosmetic upgrades, and so on,
i test drove an 04 and was ready to buy it at the last second the owner backed out,
a week later i stubled upon a mint 03 spa yellow, lets just say i got on the freeway hit 9k and had the car in my garage two days later

1994 Napa Pinor Grigio...

get the latest one you can afford...

one thing about it though:

MY00 - MY05, virtually look and perform about the same, 1/4mile, 100mph, salome...driving characterics are different...

if you drive your nice shiny s2k, most of all none-s2ki members will not be able to tell what year unlike other cars...vette, M3...

I love my 2002...But If I were you...the 1st one that has low miles, and was taken car of to an extent..(I know these cars are driven hard...talkin about paint chips, fading, interior in good condition) will be your best bet...You'll love it no matter what year you find yourself in
