Trust me man, a device you hook to the negative and positive side of your battery, will not give you any performance or mpg gains. It looks just like a voltage stabilizer. There was one on my car when I bought it and I took it off to see if it would start slower, of if the windows roll up and down slower..nothing changed a bit! (for the cheap one on my car anyways) Those things are worthless and just make you "think" you have more hp and better mpg..so when it says that, thats what your mind is thinking. Its all a lie!
