Has anyone noticed the zipper in the convertible top just behind the roll bars? What is that ? is it so you can clean the plastic window by zipping it out like a miata?

 

It's there to help facilitate the replacement of the window, if it's ever needed. It's been suggested to not toy around with it. The zipper is made of nylon, and can break very easily. If you want to zip it up and down, put some sort of lubricant on the zipper, and make sure it's not cold. And also, when you unzip it, it doesn't allow for the window to completly come off, it just lets it go down. It is still connected by something else at the bottom.
