Default Whats a bent amuse exhaust worth?

Most of you guys know that when i was hit the amuse suffered the most damage. most looks like it is repairable if a person that knew how to do good metal work got their hands on it. the main problem with it is the driver side canister, the pipe has to be removed fromt he canister and re-welded so that it will no longer be 1/2 '' out of place. heres the pictures:

for a 2500$ system i think it held up very well. now heres my assumption. used amuses sell for 1800$ or more. i figure at its current state it has to be worth 500$ or more. i was told a person on the site tried getting 500$ for a broken amuse that was more mangled than mine. so take a look at the pictures and tell me what you think. if your interested in it shoot me a PM, and if your local its at my house so we can make arrangements to see it in person.

IMO, I'd put it up for auction on the buy/sell forum and set a close date for it.
A similarly dented amuse went for $100 cdn in Toronto but someone who's ambitious or has metalwork connections may pay more.

exactly what i was thinking.

the amuse is very restricted, and makes most of its power due to the back pressure and weight savings. someone could dismantel this beast and un restrict it and perhaps make a little more power out of it.

Just so you guys know it's not easy to weld Ti or even find a person who has the correct tools to weld Ti. I've looked, trust me finding a person who has the correct tools will be a big task. Not just any muffler shop is equipped to do this job. If not done right you can wind up with an even bigger headache.
