So I'm doing some insulation on the floor of my car and had to remove the front seat, while doing so I noticed a large green plug under there that is not plugged in to any thing, anybody know its purpose?

So here is the wiring harness under there.


And this is the one not plugged into anything. Whats it for?

 

My guess is that's the hookup for the car alarm. I don't recall that being in my car but maybe your car had an alarm system previously.
