I was on a 3000 calorie/day diet (with 150 grams protein) and lifting weights 4 nights a week for a month. I gained 3 pounds. Maybe the ice cream will do the trick. If not, at least I'll be able to eat some delicious ice cream

How many of your mods had a tangible effect of performance? Not all of them. But you did them for the love of cars and to make your car...yours.

Gee, that's a nice 'problem' to have.

I used to be able to eat all I wanted with no problem of gaining weight. Then it all went away six or seven years ago. Since then I've slowly turned into a chubby little farker.

haha I'm 26 now, hopefully by the time I'm 30 I can start packing on the pounds and join America's overweight problem.

Yep right about 26 I started working out and eating and putting on the pounds. Your metabolism begins to slow down some around then and by 30 you have something to work with, or go on the ice cream before bed time diet. I was 155 then as well, but only 5"11. After two years i put on 20pounds of muscle, I'm 32 now and weigh 190. At least you have better power to weight ratio in your car
