I was on a 3000 calorie/day diet (with 150 grams protein) and lifting weights 4 nights a week for a month. I gained 3 pounds. Maybe the ice cream will do the trick. If not, at least I'll be able to eat some delicious ice cream

I used to be able to eat all I wanted with no problem of gaining weight. Then it all went away six or seven years ago. Since then I've slowly turned into a chubby little farker.
