Default What's up with the Tech Svc Bulletins?

I remember seeing a TSB on adjusting the stops for the top so that the boot cover stays on without popping off. I recently had the hardtop installed and now the top will not go down all the way because of the new rubber stops that are installed on the frame. When you look at the TSB's, you see the description but it shows only the boot recall notice. I have done a search on the threads, but really want to see the TSB. Is someone going to update the library?
