Road Rash

When I am driving around like a granny my clutch seems to lose its springy feel. It gets kinda soft and mushy feeling, but if I redline through the gears a couple of times the clutch gains more spring and firmness that stays for a while but then goes back to mushy if I dont keep driving the car hard.

Whats going on with it??
