Default Wheel balancing quesiton

I recently had Blizzaks put on my stock wheels. When balancing the wheels, the original weights were removed, but not the adhesive. I know how to remove the adhesive myself, but will this throw the wheel out of balance? Here's a pic.
P.S. they inflated my tires to 42 psi.

That's not enough weight to worry about. Take it off.

agreed, looks like there's more weight in dirt and grime on your wheel than what is left of the adhesive. what is left there is so little that it wouldn't even be weighable, and I can tell you - it wouldn't make a difference in a nascar automobile, but maybe f1? =)

nothing to worry about. goo-gone/goof-off it away.
