I am still looking for the best combination of wheels - good fit, light, good price...... hmmm. In trying to find the correct set this are pics I have been able to find from around the place. Some of these pics will be stook's of fellow board members. Thanks for the resource......

VolkTE37 17"
Set ~ $1750

VolkTE37 18" - Thanks Unicron
Set ~ $1927 (Mingster GB)

Js Racing PR6 17"
Set ~ ?$2600

Mugen MF10 17"
Set ~ $2800

BBS RGR 17"
Set ~ $3000

Thought I'd share my indecision. Maybe some of you have the same problem.

This is only my taste, but since your car is black, I think the Mugen's on that black S2K would look sweet. But they might kinda clash with that red interior. If not those, I like the Volk TE37 18"s...those look nice. But my opinion, I'm not fond of the 17" BBS RGR wheels...especially not on a black S2K. Let us know what you decide on, and post some pics when you do!!

I also have a blk/blk S2000. I am debating on purchasing a set of wheels as well. Have you looked at the OZ SuperLagora's. Those wheels are pretty sweet as well. There is a Group Buy in progress on the OZ's in the Group Buy section. Check it out....

Anyhow, I like the JS Racing and the BBS's from the pics above.

By-they-way, are those prices you listed with tires or just the wheels. They seem fairly high....

I agree about the mugen mf10 & black combination. I have been looking most closely at these (mugens) and the Js racing, but just look at those prices - they are for the wheels only. Grant it they are extremely light, forged wheels ( I believe the Js racing ones are magnesium - only 13lb and 13.5lb for front and rears respectively) but still way too expensive.

I am still thinking about the Volks but the offsets for these wheels make the wheels particularly the rear ones to stick out just that little bit too much.

I have seen and driven King Motorsports black S2000 and it has the Mugen wheels. I think the combo is awesome. I didn't like it at first, but I have grown to really like it...

Don't forget the Spoon wheels too. They are 40% lighter than the stockers...

I like the simpllcity of the wheels...plus the upsrung weight savings...here's a pic from MG Racing's site...

Here are a couple of pics from our rally at Road America this summer...
