Ultimately it depends upon when YOU think it's the right time to add a wing....it's your car and if it looks good to you does it matter what anyone else thinks.

Now my opinion. If you're talking about modest wings(i.e. feels, OEM, BYS, mugen 3-pc, etc.) then most of them can work with little or no mods(although rims can make it look a little better.

If you're talking about a little more aggressive wing then that takes some more care. It really depends upon what else in on your car. I personally think that it is very hard to pull the mugen SS wing off unless you're going full mugen.

Now if you're talking about a big GT style wing then I don't think there are any mods in the world that will ever make it look right. Big wings completely disrupt the balance and flow of the car. If you're on the track great, they have function. If you're off the track you just look like a poser, a wanabe racer.

But again this is just my opinion you have to decide what looks good to you

The right time to add a rear wing? I'd say that the right time is when you start tracking the car seriously. On the street, you shouldn't be driving fast enough for a wing to really have much benefit.

If you're just buying it for looks, then it doesn't really matter how many other mods you have to "justify" it.

In the end, it's your money... buy it when you want it.
