Default When in Tokyo...

Hi, all.

I will be in Tokyo in August for a few days on a biz trip.

Does anyone know a Honda dealer/specialty shop that speaks English where I could get some hard-to-find S2000 stuff? I am not sure what's available, but it'd be interesting to find out.

Appreciate the suggestions....

Go to Honda Verno in Hiyoshi which is not far from Shibuya - about 20minutes. Ask there and they will direct you to loads of Honda specialist mod shops.

i think there are a few Japanese members that occasionally visit the board. You may want to do a member search (that function seems to be working) and PM/email them to see if they can help. just remember to try and bring gifts if they can help as that would be the proper cultural protocol.

Most of the Verno dealerships, even the larger ones, don't stock the parts you are probably going for. Plan on allowing several days for the parts to arrive. You'll also get better prices paying in cash.

You should also check out the Honda Welcome Plaza in Aoyama, which is a 20-minute walk from Shibuya (not sure which line connects the two areas via subway). Not a lot of aftermarket parts there, but still a nice place to visit as a Honda owner.
