Nothing. I think besides people on s2ki, the majority of people cant recognize their own car on the road and dont look.
i usually give a simple wave, and if there isn't a return wave/reply, i assume they don't visit s2ki.com. most drivers here in the bay area seem to have that camaraderie with other s2k drivers. theres also an s2k sighting thread for the bay area to report too

Old Jeep owners wave most of the time.
Old school bikers wave most of the time.
Porsche owners wave most of the time (excepting the Boxster and C4S owners in my experience, they are about 20 percent).
S2000 owners do not wave.
BMW M owners do not wave.
I had a fellow S2000 owner park next to me the other night, get out of his car and never look my way.
