i used to give a peace sign to other owners...then other S drivers would stare me down and try to overtake me or drive super fast. i though i was just saying "whats up", but when i would be nice and wave or something i stopped getting responses (only stares). so now i don't say hi anymore.

 

I immediately turn around, head home, and put my car up for sale.

True enough, I was at the mall and another modded silverstone pulled infront of me. I flashed my lights at him and waved multiple times; I knew he saw me, but he didn't do anything back lol

 

In the Volkswagen world, the MK4 owners (99.5-early 2006?) never wave, or acknowledge MK3 owners (92?-early 99). And dont even get started on the MK5 owners... and MK1 or MK2 owners have no friends so they wave at just about everyone..
but you know you're in an S when you almost rear-end the guy in front of you because you saw another S going the opposite way. haha.

 

flashed brights at an oncoming s2k and he just looked at me in a weird way.

 

i give the driver the "secret look" ... u kno the ones that bring us both on the same page... in which we KNOW whats going down? haha.. jkk
