where to buy 220ft/lb torque wrench?
DO NOT USE AN IMPACT GUN! You do not need a torque wrench to re-tighten the axle nut either. When you re-tightened the nut, 220 ft-lbs is about 2 hours past where the nut was staked at 180 ft-lbs. Make sure to remove un-stake and remove the nut and grease the face and threads so the nut does not bind.
If you still want the torque wrench (a good investment for re-torquing your lugs), I picked up a Husky from Home Depot online for ~$60 shipped last year.

are u serious? why worse? dang mine is coming once in 2 weeks or so........ means it will be worse if i re-torque it?
i'm not saying it'll get worse if you fix it. i'm just saying that whatever the dealer did helped for about 3 months or so then it came back. maybe i should torque it tighter (220lb/ft) because when they did it i think the TSB said 180lb/ft.
good luck
let us know how it turns out because i want to order the parts from hardtopguy and try it myself.
tinkfist: how do you unstake the nut ( i don't want to ghetto bang it out with a flathead screwdriver and hammer =\ ) , and how do u re-stake it back?
and what sort of grease works best to be applied on the surface of the nut?
do i have to do the fronts too?
i remember i read somewhere if u don't retorque it , it will lead to severe problem later on is that true?
thanks a lot guys

1) The ghetto bang method works, but try using a punch or old chisel instead. Re-stake it in the reverse order.
2) High temp grease of some sort.
3) The S2000 does not have a front axle, so no.
4) Yes, but if you are only hearing it once a month, you should be fine.
It is your call on the impact wrench. If you have one that you can dial in the torque to +/- 5 ft-lbs, then go for it. Otherwise you may not know if you are torquing down to 100 ft-lbs, 800 ft-lbs, or 220 ft-lbs. I, personally, only use impact wrenches for removing stubborn bolts and lugnuts
