I just received a order from H and A today, ordered on Wednesday or Thursday, received today. Great service. I did not have a need to contact, I just ordered from the web.

I said I try to patronize our sponsors, but at the cost of not being able to talk to someone and not have someone alive to answer a phone, I would rather go to another source that can address my needs.... and sells products at lower prices.
