Yes if you buy the warranty it can be transfered to the next owner.

Keep in mind that the historical data doesn't take into account the price increase that Honda Guy mentioned.

Thanks for the thread I am looking for last years price book but it looks like I tossed it

If you can get one for less with $0 deductible --great

I wish I could do more for you guys/gals.

Hondaguy,

Could you give us some prices for the extended warranties w/ deductible?

Thanks

I checked on the pricing for the $50 deductible warranty and to be quite honest there is very little savings as little as $20 on the short terms and as much as $65 on the longer term. If you have one or two claims it would pay to have the $0 deductible.

If anyone is interested e-mail me or post here and I will e-mail you. I can do all of the paperwork by mail or FED-EX.

Sorry I can't compete with the lower prices in the threads before. One thought would be that the dealer had a little heart and since they were getting MSRP or more took a small hit on the warranty to assure service work for their dealership.

Now that I read that back to myself it doesn't make any sense at all. Most dealers don't think about the long term it's all about today. I'm so happy I don't work for someone like that.

I researched and found that 1SourceAutoWarranty.com has a 10 year 100,000 mile extended warranty for S2K with $0 deductible which I just bought for $899.00. Their number is 1-888-905-5700. It is their "Diamond" plan. Appears to cover everything except normal maintenace items, such as oil, tires, clutch, brakes, body, etc. Also covers replacement car rental, towing, tire road hazard, lost key/lockout etc. with limitations. They also send rewards if others sign up so if you sign up I would appreciate it if you give them my number: VSA#102-004907X
