I need the black plastic piece that's under the front end. I believe it attachs to the Rad support and goes back from there. It's not part of the wheel well liner and the piece that goes under the front bumper, it's further back.

 

Junk yard or Honda dealer would be your best bet since you can't really describe it well and don't have a Make, Model, and Year of the car. Honda S2000 we presume?

Yes it's a 2000 S2000, It's a black ABS plastice piece, that's attached behind the Rad support.
