The bottom tabs are snapped off and you can just push it back towards the radiator I have it glued for now But I seriously need a new one with all the tabs and holes to fit like new again any leads towards a new one will be greatly appreicated

Hmm, I always thought they came as one piece, when the shop ordered my new bumper, the grille and side inserts came with it installed.

 

The sides are part of the bumper, all years. But the grill is a sperate part, all years.

You can get one from the dealer, or Hardtopguy. They are about 50 each.
Personally, I drilled 1/8" holes and used black pop-rivets to hold mine inplace. That worked great and was free. My grill lasted about 2 weeks before it needed to be fixed, so I figured that is I replace it, it would last just as long. So the fix was better and has now lasted well over 1 year.
