I use this:

Rivet Clip

I have the clip attached to the dash to the right of the steering wheel, in the space between the rear defroster switch and the edge of that panel. Fits and works perfectly, and the clip/pin system is incredibly strong (this stuff is made from aircraft grade aluminum and stainless steel). I also use their belt clip, and it's great for PDAs and photography accessories.

Great stuff!!!

I tried to read through the thread to see if they were mentioned but I didn't see it. I have a black mat that is sticky on one side to stick it to the dash and the other side is really grippy. I've not used it when doing real spirited driving but I've stopped very abruptly and taken corners pretty hard before with no problems. I bought it at bed bath and beyond a year ago... maybe they still have them? I am almost positive this is the brand I have but it is the basic concept if the item is not the exact same

BASS, what brand is that? is that a magnet? how long have you had it, did it survive the hot summer?

i used to use this:

but on spirited driving my cell phone would fall sometimes. and in the summer, even after upgrading to 3m double stick, it came off, so now my cell phone goes in the cup holder.
yup no problems - BUT i did use superglue to hold the back part on the dash because on my last s2k the tape would not hold it hence super glue.. so when i got my new one i just used super glue and never had a problem (figue the back part can stay with the car when i sell it)

not too sure the name brand but if you googe magnetic cell phone holder i am sure they are all the same

I have bluetooth, it just doesn't always work. I bought the headset new, and I find myself having to turn off the phone. I have the Motorola HS820. I think it's the second to cheapest one from Motorola. Sony Ericsson t637 phone I believe. I am actually having trouble with it now. The phone won't recognize the headset.
